We don't do strict diets. Our nutrition coaching is macro-based and flexible — meaning you eat the foods you already like, just in the right amounts. Want pizza on Friday? Cool, we'll work it in. The goal is a sustainable approach you can maintain well beyond 12 weeks, not a miserable restriction phase.

Most clients train 3-5 days per week, 45-60 minutes per session. Your plan is built around your actual schedule — if you've got 3 days and 40 minutes, that's what we design for. No two-a-days, no 2-hour gym sessions. Consistency beats volume every time.

You keep everything — all your training programs, nutrition frameworks, and the habits you built. Most clients continue on their own with confidence because they now understand how their body responds. If you want to keep coaching, we offer continuation options at a reduced rate for alumni.

Absolutely. GLP-1 medications handle appetite, but they don't build muscle or prevent muscle loss — that's where coaching matters most. We'll design your training to preserve lean mass and your nutrition to support the medication's effects. Many of the best transformations combine GLP-1s with structured training and proper protein intake.
